3 Tbsp Of Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Of Soy sauce
1 Tsp Of Grated Ginger
2 Tbsp Of Sesame Oil
Pinch Of Sesame Seeds
2 Cups Of Broccoli
1/2 Cup Of Light brown sugar
Pinch Ground White Pepper
1 Tbsp Of Hoisin Sauce
3 Tbsp Of Garlic Minced
2lbs Of Ribeye
5 Green Onions Sliced
1 Tbsp Of Oyster Sauce
1/4 Cup Of Water
Prep cooking ingredients

Prep sauce ingredients

Marinate meat in cornstarch

Mix all sauce ingredients

Stir fry the beef then set aside

Put in sesame oil, Cook garlic & ginger for 2min

Add beef back in, cook for 2min

Add in sauce

Mix steamed broccoli in and green onions

Place on a bed of cooked rice
