What you’ll need
Chuck Roast 5Lbs
Au Jus Gravy Mix 1 Packet
Pepperoncinis 6-8
Beef Broth 1/2 Cup
Ranch Dressing Mix 1 Packet
Pepperoncini Juice 1/2 Cup
Butter 1/4 C.
Put IP rack down and add meat.

Add 1/2 c. Beef broth and 1/2 peperoncini juice.

Sprinkle Packet au jus and Packet ranch dressing on meat

Add butter and 6-10 peperoncini and garlic (optional)

Seal IP. Manual 90 min setting.

Quick release

If you want to make the soup thick just mix cornstarch and water and add to soup while you simmer.
