What you’ll need
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Old Style Dijon Mustard
Salt + Pepper
Pour balsamic vinegar into a bowl
Keep pouring in the oil slowly as you stir the vinegar until the oil is fully emulsified
The mixture should sparkle like this under the light, because the oil is evenly dispersed
Add a teaspoon of mustard and stir until the grains disperse. Add more mustard to taste.
Add a spoonful of honey and stir to taste
Add salt and pepper
Add a splash of whisky and/or lemon juice to taste and adjust for desired consistency
Pour the dressing into an empty mason jar
Date and label your jar!
