What you’ll need
Siete grain-free tortillas (coconut & cassava)
Vital Farm Eggs; pasture-raised, organic
Avocado
Chao original cheese slices (vegan)
Fresh red and green organic salsas
Hot sauce (optional)
Amys low sodium refried beans (bpa free)
Fresh cilantro and mixed greens
Diced scallions
Assemble ingredients

Use 1st pan to cook eggs, use the 2nd pan to warm tortilla, spreading refried beans+cheese to melt
