Brown sugar

1 sleeve
Graham crackers
1/4 cup butter (2 sticks)
Unsalted Butter
A pinch
Salt

Ghirardelli chocolate squares

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

Melt the butter, salt and brown sugar in a pot. Whisk together.

Line a pan with silpat or oiled parchment paper. Line up the crackers in a single layer

Once the sugar and butter starts to bubble, turn off the heat. Pour it over the graham crackers.

Bake the crackers in the oven for 8 minutes.

Remove the crackers from the oven and scatter the chocolate over it. Let it melt.

Using a spatula or dull knife, spread the chocolate around. Let it cool completely.

Crack off pieces! Store in the fridge.
