Preheat oven to 220C/200C and boil a kettle. Put ciabatta rolls in oven for 6 mins until warm.

Heat large pan with olive oil over medium heat

Chop Spring Onions roughly

Drain and rinse cannellini beans

Add spring onion and cannellini beans to pan and cook for 1 min

Add stock cube to pan with 250ml boiled water and bring to boil

Add the soft cheese and the juice of half a lemon, and then mix

Add baby kale and cook, covered for 1 min

Sit haddock over the sauce and cook, covered for 1-2 mins further

Snip chives and dill with scissors

Cut lemon into wedges and set aside

Add herbs to pan and stir
