Rolled out pie dough
Buy
Fork
Pastry Brush
Turbinado “Sanding” Sugar
Circle Cookie Cutter
Water
Lollipop Stick
Parchment Paper
Pie Filling
Buy
Egg, Beaten
Cookie Pan
Small Paring Knife
Cut out an even number of shapes about 1/4” thick

Use your thumbs to slightly flatten the middle of a disc

Gently press a stick into your dough, no less than half way up your disc

Add 2 - 3 cherries

Spread water around the edges and then place your dough on top, pressing down

Fork around your edges

Brush on your egg wash

Sprinkle on sanding sugar

Poke small holes to allow steam to escape while baking

Bake for 10-12 min at 400 deg F
