What you’ll need
8 oz
Extra Firm Tofu
Curry Powder
1 tbsp
Grape seed oil
Chili powder
Ground Cumin
Nutritional Yeast
Dry tofu with a paper towel. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible.

Dice tofu into even size pieces.

Heat ~1 tbsp grape seed oil in a pan until hot. Swirl to coat

Add tofu, curry powder, chili powder, and nutritional yeast (about 1 tsp of each). Toss to coat

Use tongs to turn over tofu so both sides get nice and crispy!

Enjoy as a healthy vegetarian source of protein over your favorite salad or stir fry!
