Brussels Sprouts, cut in half
1 1/2 tbsp
Cajun Seasoning
3 eggs
1/3 cup
Fresh Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 cups
Panko Breadcrumbs
1 cup
Vegetable oil
3/4 cup
All-purpose flour
Cut brussel sprouts in half.

Rinse brussels under water to clean.

Heat vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat

In large bowl, combine Panko, parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning. Set aside.

In batches, dredge brussel sprouts in flour.

Dip in eggs.

Then dredge in Panko mixture, pressing to coat.

Add brussel sprouts to skillet

Cook until evenly golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
