Heavy Whipping Cream
Heat oil on medium heat and add garlic and onions. Sauté until fragrant.

Add tomatoes.

Add dried basil and bay leaf.

Cover and let simmer for 5-10min for the tomatoes to soften.

Turn heat off and blend.
