Grind coffee beans to a course texture. I use French press setting. Auto drip will also work.
You’ll need 1 part coffee to 5 parts water.
Use cold brew pitcher of your choice or mason jar.
I use the Pampered Chef Cold Brew pitcher. Fill the filter with 1 cup ground coffee.
Slowly add cold or room temp water until pitcher is full.
Cover with a lid and let steep in the fridge for 18-24 hrs
Remove filter & pour through a sieve or coffee filter. I just use my regular coffee maker for this
I pour it through a regular filter in my coffee maker to remove the residue
Serve over ice, with creamer or mocha mix, or just black.
I add a splash of our mocha mix
It will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks. But who would let this sit for two weeks?
