Brown sugar

Butter
500g
Whole milk

AP Flour
3 table spoons
Cointreau
Make the batter. Place all dry ingredients in large bowl and whisk in melted butter & other liquids

Letter your batter rest for at least 30 minutes at room temp. Prepare your baking station.

Try to get a crepe pan or large flat non stick are the best for this.

Make sure your pan is hot also try to pour the batter as evenly as you can

Flip trick ! Try to have a large spatula it helps!!

One more flip just for fun! You’ll get the hang of it I promise

Fill half the crepe with some cinnamon sugar and bananas then fold it in half & flip it a few times

Cut up some bananas and devour ! Feel free to pour a little maple syrup on them. Bon appétit
