What you’ll need
12 oz or 2 cups
Chocolate chips
6 oz or 3/4 cup
Heavy Whipping Cream
1/8 teaspoon
Salt
Combine all of your ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl

Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, 30 seconds, stir, etc.

Until completely melted!

Pour into a squeeze bottle and set aside for 20 minutes

Take cold cake out of fridge and drip ganache all around cake

To make longer drips, squeeze harder
6
Use a mini offset spatula to smooth off the top of the cake

Remember to experiment, it takes practice!
