What you’ll need
Chinese Broccoli
Buy
Garlic
Sea salt
Buy
Cooking Oil

Cut off bottom stem (about 1-inch)

Separate stems from the leafy greens

Slice the stems diagonally

Keep the leafy part and the stems separate

Rinse them and drain well

Grate garlic cloves

Sauté the stems first

Add the grated garlic

Add leafy part and close with a lid for a few mins.

When the leafy part turns deep green (about 3 mins.) season another pinch of salt. It’s done !
