1 cup, hard stems removed
Fresh moringa
1 quart
Homemade broth or water
1 inch, peeled and minced

In a dutch oven, sear the chicken on high heat in the vegetable oil for 5 to 7 minutes.

Move the chicken aside with tongs. Add the shallot, ginger and garlic. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the fish sauce.

Spread the chicken out into a single layer over the vegetables and add the broth.

Add the potato.

Bring the soup to a boil. Then cover and bring it down to medium heat, simmer for 30 minutes.

Add the moringa leaves to wilt for 2 to 3 minutes.
