How toMake Brown Butter Pasta

What you’ll need
Butter - 1 Cup
Myzithra Cheese (grated) - 1 tbsp (or to taste)
Sea salt - 1&1/2 tsp
Water - 6 Cups
Olive Oil - 2 Tsp
Pasta (any type works!) - 3 Cups
Melt the butter over medium heat until it bubbles and becomes a dark amber color. Stir frequently.

Set aside butter and return the pot to medium heat. Add water, salt, and olive oil to the pot.

Bring to a boil and add the pasta.

Cook for 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain the pasta.

Add butter and myzithra cheese (to your preferred taste) and mix to combine.
