What you’ll need
Grass Fed Bones
Aromatic Veggies
Apple Cider Vinegar
Crockpot / Slow Cooker
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spread bones out on a sheet tray. It’s okay if they are frozen!

Roast the bones for 45 minutes flipping them halfway.

Place bones into slow cooker along with veggies like carrot, celery, onion and Bay Leaf.

Fill pot with water almost to the top. Add 2 tblsp ACV. Cover and cook on low 24 hours.

After 24 hours, turn off and strain out bones and veggies. Pour bone broth into glass containers.

That’s it! Cooled bone broth will be thick and gelatinous and that’s exactly what you want!
