What you’ll need
1 Lb of Scallops
2 Green Onions Chopped
Sprinkle Sea salt
Butter
1 Cup of White Wine
Sprinkle Black Pepper
3 Tsp of Garlic Minced
Basmati Rice
Pat dry your scallops with a paper towel

Sprinkle dry scallops with pepper & salt

Place scallops of a hot pan with olive oil

Brown each side for 3 minutes each

Make sauce with wine, butter and garlic cook till it thickens

Plate on a bed of rice sprinkle with chopped green onions
