Belly Pork

Carrot

Momma Cherri’s Cajun Seasoning

A pinch
Garlic granules
2 packs
Ramen noodles
1 head
Broccoli
A pinch of each
Seasoning
1 (optional)
Scotch bonnet pepper

Courgette

Spring onion
A few dashes
Soy sauce
2 pints
Water
Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in your wok

Season the pan with the Cajun Seasoning

Slice the belly Pork

Add the Pork to the pan and stir

Slice and add the scotch bonnet pepper to the pan

Slice the spring onions, carrots, broccoli, and courgette, and add to the pan

Add the soy sauce

Add the Seasoning packets from the ramen noodles

Break up, and add the ramen noodles to the wok

Add two pints of water

Cover, and allow to cook for 15 minuets

Clean up and make yourself a cup of tea while it cooks

Take off the heat and serve.
