1 Lemon
Lemon juice

Add Chickpeas to the Ninja Kitchen Precision Processor Bowl.

Pour in 1/4 cup of Chickpea Liquid from the can.

Add 1/4 cup of good Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Toss in one garlic clove.

Squeeze in the juice of one lemon.

Add 2 Tablespoons of Tahini.

Pour in 1/3 cup of Glean Goodness Beet Flour.

Add 1 teaspoon Turmeric.

Place the lid on and twist until it clicks closed.

Pulse until well blended and smooth. About 1 minute.

Look at that magic. Add warm water, one tablespoon at a time, if you need to thin the consistency.
