4 cans crushed tomatoes, 1 jar kalamata olives, 1 jar black olives

Slice filet of cod into small pieces

Slice several stalks of broccoli & one potato into small pieces

Slice 2-3 purple onions & 3-4 stalks of celery into small pieces

Sauté cod, sliced broccoli and onions all together

Strain & let cool

Add sautéed ingredients, broccoli, potatoes & olives to tomato sauce and cook slowly on low flame
7
Season to taste and you’re done. Mangia!
