Almond flour

Very Ripe Bananas
1/2 teaspoon

Coconut flour

Baking Soda
1 tablespoon
Honey

Coconut Oil Cooking Spray
Add the dry ingredients and whisk. (Also, preheat oven to 350 degrees.)

Add wet ingredients and whisk.

Peel and mash each banana in a bowl.

Mix in the mashed bananas and whisk.

Spray the muffin tins.

Pour in the batter. Fill 3/4 of the way to the rim.

Put the muffins in the oven for 12 minutes.

Test with a toothpick. When it’s clean, the muffins are ready.

Remove the muffins from and let them cool for 15 minutes.

Use a toothpick to remove from the tray.
