What you’ll need
Chickpea Salad - Meal Prepped For You!
Buy
1/3 cup
Dill pickle (or Relish)
1/4 teaspoon
Sea Salt
2 cups
Cooked Chickpeas
1/3 cup
Red & Green Bell Peppers
1 teaspoon
Kelp Granules
1/3 cup
Purple Onion
2 tablespoons + 1/2 teaspoon
Vegan Mayo
1/4 teaspoon
Onion Granules
Gather your ingredients

Use 2 cups of cooked chickpeas and mash with a fork or potato masher.

Quick stir

Cut up 1/3 cups of bell peppers, purple onion, and fresh dill pickles.

Add 1 teaspoon of kelp granules (with the help of your little one!)

Add 1/4 teaspoon of Onion Granules (again, little ones love this 🤣)

Add 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan Salt (or your dinosaur’s favorite sea salt 😀)

2 Tablespoons + 1/2 teaspoon of Vegan Mayo

Mix until it’s all combined.
