Organice Quinoa

Avacadoes
Olive Oil and Vinegar
Salt
Cherry tomatoes
Organic Spring mix or Spinach
Cilantro
Oregano
Garlic Powder
Black Beans
Green Onions
Honey
Mustard
Pour 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar to begin marinating chicken.

Add 2 tablespoons of honey.

Sprinkle around 3 tablespoons of garlic powder.

Add desired amount of salt.

Now mix!

Let chicken marinate in fridge.

Begin making quinoa by pouring 1 cup in a pot.

Add 2 cups of water and let boil!

Next step is to wash and chop up all of your greens. (green onions, spring mix, & cilantro)

Cut tomatoes in half.

Dice avocados.

Strain beans and add to salad mix!

Add your quinoa.

Mix away!

Pour chicken and marinade into pan then sear!

Portion salad, chicken, and choice of fruit in containers.
