Pisco

Lime juice
1/2 oz
Simple syrup
1/2 oz
Lemon juice
Angostura bitters
Crack an egg and split the egg white off into tin

Dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds

Wet shake (with ice) hard for 10 seconds
