Quinoa

Onion

Ground Powder

Black Pepper
1/2 cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
About 2 cups
Fresh Parsley

Cucumber
1/2 tsp
Ground Cinnamon

Sea salt

Tomatoes

Paprika
1/2 tsp
Ground Nutmeg

Lemon
Boil 2 cups of water with 1 cup of quinoa, on low-medium heat for 15-20 minutes

Place in a large plate and let it cool down

Chop about 2 cups of fresh parsley

Cube 2 tomatoes

Cube 1 cucumber

Chop 1/2 onion

Mix up 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp ginger powder, 1/2tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, salt & pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients together

Add the juice of 1 lemon, 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, and mix up well
