ingredients: sugar, milk, whipped cream, xanthan gum, coffee, and chocolate syrup

Let coffee cool to room temp

After coffee has cooled, pour it into ice cube trays to freeze

Once cubes are frozen (approx 4 hours), put them in the blender

Add 2 cups of milk

Add 3 1/2 Tbsp of granulated sugar

Add 3 1/2 Tbsp of chocolate syrup and a pinch of Xanthan gum (for thickness)

Add whipped cream and chocolate drizzle for garnish - and done !
