Turn on your panini maker.

Add the olive oil and garlic powder.

Mix with a brush for 30 seconds. You will use the brush later on to coat the bread.

Coat the bread with olive oil.

Place your desired amount of your favorite cheese on top of the bread. In our case, we pick gruyere!

Now place your desired amount of chicken breast on top of the cheese.

Cover your creation, and get ready to press!

Now it’s time! Take your panini masterpiece, and place it on your panini press. Press, press, press

Hold down firmly for approximately a minute and a half. Time depends on the heat of your press.

It’s now time to take your creation off the press. Be careful not to burn yourself.

Cut your sandwich in half, preferably with a serrated knife.
