Streaky or back bacon
A dash
Momma Cherri’s Cajun Seasoning

1 teaspoon, 2 tablespoons, 1 small
American Mustard, Mayonnaise, gherkin
Boil 2 eggs for 3-5 minuets

Fry some bacon

Peel your eggs

Cool the eggs in a bowl of cold water

Chop up your bacon

Chop your eggs and add to bowl with the bacon

Dice your pickle / gherkin and add along with mayonnaise, and mustard to the egg and bacon

Add Momma Cherri’s Cajun Seasoning to the mix
