Blend the nuts, lemon juice and zest, herbs, miso, pepper, nutritional yeast, and 1/2 cup water.
Transfer the jackfruit confit straight to the pan! (How easy is that?)
Break the jackfruit confit apart with a fork and cook until brown and crispy on all sides.
Set aside the jackfruit, then put the cooked pasta in the pan. Pour the sauce over the pasta.
Add the peas! Or use shelled edamame for extra protein!
