Protein Powder

Cooking Oil

Eggs

Non stick pan
1/2 cup
Water
Crack egg, add yolk and white to medium sized bowl

Add scoop of protein powder

And water (eyeball the thickness of your batter. Differ brands require more or less water)

Best vigorously!

Coat the pre heated pan with oil

Pour in batter, cook on medium heat until edges are golden brown then FLIP!

Cook for and additional 1-2 minutes

Remove from pan and enjoy
