What you’ll need
1 1/2 cups
Rolled Oats
1/4 cup
Coconut Oil
1/2 lemon
Lemon Zest
1/2 cup
Shredded Coconut
1/2 cup
Almond butter
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup
Hemp Seeds
1/3 cup
Honey
Add 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1
Add 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Add hemp seeds

Melt coconut oil and add to mixture

Add 1/2 cup almond butter

And 1/3 cup honey

Grate 1/2 lemon peel to yield approx. 1 tbsp lemon zest. Add to mixture

Add 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix it all together! Then refrigerate for 20-30 minutes

Spoon out mixture and roll into balls. Refrigerate balls for another 15 min

Optional: Coat balls with an additional 1/2 cup shredded coconut
