Widen your stance and sink the hips low. Hinge back when holding on to your toes.

Try getting as deep as you can in to each stretch and hold it for 5s.

Position your legs in 90 angle. Make sure both knees are on the floor as you lift the back heal.

Push the heal of the supported leg in to the sealing then point your toes up hold for 5s.
