Clean the bell to the shoulder, elbow tucked to rib cage, thumb at sternum(guys)/armpit(girls)

Generate tension 1.Press through floor with feet 2.Squeeze butt 3.squeeze opposite hand 4.engage lat

The “J” stroke. Don’t think press up, think out and up. Bicep should finish next to ear.

There still should be space between ear and traps, this indicates proper shoulder blade rotation

Now reverse it. Think down and in.

Lather, rinse, and repeat for desired reps
