Kettlebell
Proper starting position will make a ton of difference.

Pretend you are pulling the Kettlebell apart, keep your elbows pointed downward.

Sit down and “Wedge” your upper torso between your legs. Knees should track over your shoestrings.

Push your into the ground and stand up.

Exhale as you stand and Repeat for desired reps and park the bell on the floor.
