What you’ll need
1 egg for each tray
Eggs
Spinach
Shredded Cheese
Ham or Turkey
Sandwich Meat
Season to taste
Pepper
Season to taste
Himalayan Pink Salt
Feta Cheese
Fill up trays with ham/turkey -add spinach & feta cheese

Add 1 whole egg to each and you can add MORE cheese if you’d like ;)

Season each with pepper and some Pink Himalayan Salt

Mix each egg a bit (you don’t have to go crazy!🤣)

Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Once preheated put trays in the oven for about 15-17mins

You’ll know they’re done once they’re puffy and the top feels set. Once they’re done...ENJOY!!!!
