Ingredients are simple! Whole raw oats, one brown egg, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup raisins, 1/2 cup

chopped walnuts, teaspoon of cinnamon, pinch of nutmeg, teaspoon of sea salt, 3/4 cup of pineapple

juice, 3/4 cup of heavy cream, two small Fuji apples chopped.

One stick of melted butter. Mix all together and pour into buttered 9 x 12 pan. Bake at 350 degrees

for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let mixture cool. Wrap in bars or refrigerate to serve later.
