How toInstant Pot White Bean Kale Stew

What you’ll need
1/2
Yellow Onions
2 cans
White Beans
2 cups
Broth (Chicken or Vegetable)
3 large handfuls
Kale
1 can
Diced Tomato
1 pack
Chicken Sausage

Garlic Cloves
1 cup
Banza pasta
Dice 1/2 onion and 2-3 cloves of garlic and set aside.

Slice chicken sausage into 1/2 in pieces

Turn instant pot to sauté mode. Heat 1 tsp of olive oil then add sausage. Brown on both sides.

Once sausage is removed, add 1 tbsp olive oil. Once hot, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant

Add beans, tomato, broth, and sausage back to the pot with thyme, basil, rosemary and pepper.

Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. Release steam, then add pasta and kale. Bring pot to a boil

Turn off pot once pasta is cooked and enjoy! Optional topping: Parmesan cheese
