Potatoes
1/4 cup
Bacon Bits
Instant pot
Olive Oil Spray
1/2 Cup
Cheddar Cheese
Air Fryer

Chopped Green Onions
Sour Cream
Wash potatoes. Put them on trivet in Instant Pot. Add 1.5 cups of water.

Seal lid & vent. Manual on high for 9 minutes.

Turn it off. Quick Release.

Open Lid.

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out middle. (Hold with a mitt or towel)

Flip potatoes. Spray with Olive oil. Load Cheese and Bacon.

Put potatoes in Air Fryer. Set temp to 390 for 3 minutes.
