Plank position; practice lifting one arm at a time and also slowing lower one elbow to the floor.

Elbows in tight. Practice rolling side to side trying to roll up onto the forearm.

Roll over onto the forearm and plant the other palm into the floor. Do an assisted one arm push-up.

Brace the core and do a few rolls with the feet off and straight and then feet off with knees bent.

Keep the hands and feet connected. Arms will go overheard. Bring the arms back under to push up.

Arm sweep variation. Still rolling onto the forearm to push off the floor.
