What you’ll need
1 cup
Raw Cashews
1 tsp
Miso
1 tsp
Sea Salt
1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder
3 tbsp
Lemon Juice
1/4 cup
Nutritional Yeast
1/2 tsp
Chili Powder
1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder
1 1/2 cups
Water
1 tsp
Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp
Onion Powder
Optional: Salsa
Soak the raw cashews in 2c water overnight or for at least 4 hours. Discard soaking liquid.

Add the cashews and 1c of the fresh water to a high speed blender.

Add the rest of the ingredients to a blender. (Still reserving that 1/2c of water)

Blend on high.

Blend until smooth and creamy, slowly adding water if needed.

Pour into a saucepan over medium heat and cook until heated through and it starts to thicken.

Serve with chips, mac n cheese, as a cheesy soup base, add salsa for queso... so many possibilities!
