Sweet Potato
1/3 cup
Canned Chickpeas
2 tsp
Maple syrup
1 tbs
Water
1 scoop
Labrada Whey Isolate Protein Powder
1/2 tsp
Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp
Ground Nutmeg
1 1/4 cup
Milk or Coconut Milk
2 tsp
Almond Butter
1 tsp
Ground Cinnamon
Peel & cube a small sweet potato.

Place sweet potato cubes in 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap.

Poke a few holes to vent. Microwave on high for 6 minutes or until tender.

Warm 1 1/4 cup of milk in the microwave or small pot (just below a boil).

Add the milk, potatoes and all remaining ingredients to the blender & blend until smooth.
