What you’ll need
1 packet to 1 cup water
Active dry yeast
Mix 2.5c flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar. Add Dry Yeast & 2T Olive Oil. Mix to make dough.

Knead dough for 5 minutes adding flour as needed to prevent sticking.

Place dough disc in a bowl brushed w/ Olive Oil & cover w/ Saran Wrap. Let rise for 2 hours.

Roll out dough on a floured surface. For a thinner crust cut dough amount in 1/2 to yield 2 pizzas.

Add your favorite pizza toppings.

Fresh Mozzarella, Basil Leaves & Marinara for a Margharita ‘Za.

Bake in a 450* oven for 18-22 minutes.
