What you’ll need
1 cup
Flax Seeds
1/8 cup
Hemp Seeds
1 Tbsp
Olive oil
1/4 cup
Chia Seeds
1/4 cuphemp seed
Pumpkin Seeds
1 cup
Water
1/4 cup
Sesame Seeds
2 Tbsp
Zaatar
1 tsp
Salt
Place the flax and chia seeds in a bowl.

Add the water, combine and let soak for 5 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix together.

Preheat the oven to 175C/350F and line a tray with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly.

Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes and cut into squares.

Serve with your favorite dip and enjoy!
