How toHealthy Delish Egg Muffins

Need: 2 eggs, 1C egg whites 1/4 tsp sea salt, pinch black pepper, 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp basil

Preheat oven to 350. chop veggies place in muffin cups. Pour egg mixture on top.

Bake for 24-28 minutes.

Can substitute seasonings or add chopped scallions. I used Italian seasoning for a change up.

Voila! Egg Muffins for Breakfast or for an awesome snack.

Sprinkle Feta cheese as a topping:)
