Calf raises. Toes straight. 3 sets of 12. 15lb dumbbells. 30 sec rest between each set.

Walking lunges. 4 sets-15 per leg. 45 second rest between each set.

Kickbacks. 4 sets 15 per leg. 30 second rest between each full set. No break when switching legs.

2-35 second wall sit. 1 min rest between. Knees at 90 degrees, pull in core. Hold it! You can do it.
