What you’ll need
Minced garlic cloves
Cut cabbage into small wedges
Massage grape seed or canola oil onto wedges & sprinkle with course black pepper
Get your charcoal ready!!! I’m old fashioned and real charcoal is the damn deal!
Start on your Bagna Cauda.. add garlic, butter olive oil and anchovies to food processor
Add Bagna Cauda mixture to skillet & cook for 15 min on low! Sauce will separate
Place cabbage on grill & cook for 5-7 min until you have your char!!!
Back to YO BAGNA.. add lemon zest & parsley! Keep cooking low & slow
Spoon your Bagna cauda on top of cabbage & follow with fresh parsley!
