What you’ll need
1 pound
Ground Beef, Lamb, or Turkey
2 tablespoons
Red Wine Vinegar

Eggs

Tomato
1, grated
Onion
3 tablespoons, chiffonade
Mint
1/4 cup, chopped
Parsley
1 teaspoon
Black Pepper
2, grated
Garlic Cloves
1 cup
Bread Crumbs or Almond Flour
1 teaspoon
Kosher Salt

Lettuce
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.

Thoroughly combine without over mixing.

Portion sliders out on a baking sheet or large plate.

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add sliders and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Flip and cook until cooked to your taste. For turkey sliders, cook to 165 degrees.

Serve in a toasted mini bun, lettuce wrap. Great with your favorite toppings, and tzatziki sauce.
