Around the worlds (3x10) very hard movement kills the obliques

Standing wheel rollouts (3x5) kills the stabilizers!

On knee wheel rollouts (3x5) targets mid core

Weighted Russian twist (until failure, 3 sets) helps shred up those obliques!
