Gather your ingredients! Yep, just 4!

Rough chop your cauliflower.

Use Food Grater to “rice” chopped cauliflower.

Add the cauliflower to micro cooker and steam in microwave for 7 minutes. Let cool completely.

Transfer the cauliflower to a clean dish towel and squeeze out the excess water.

Transfer the squeezed cauliflower to a food processor. Add the flour, salt, and olive oil.

Pulse until the dough forms a ball. Add more olive oil if necessary.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 3-4 minutes.

Shape the dough into a ball, then cut into 4 equal pieces.

Working 1 piece at a time, cut in half, then roll out a rope about 6 in. Cut into 1/2 in pieces.

Roll each piece along the back of a fork to create a line pattern.

Let the littles help out too!

Transfer gnocchi to a pot of salted boiling water. Boil until the gnocchi float to the surface.

Remove from water with a scoop n drain. Sauté lightly in unsalted butter.
